J'ai laisse mon siege a la reception pour m'asseoir dans celui du responsable du Service Etudiant. C'est une enorme opportunite pour moi de pouvoir avoir un poste tel que celui la a mon age ... Je crois que je ne pourrais rever mieux !

Le nom du poste en dit beaucoup, mais pour clarifier la chose, j'ai en fait pour objectifs de gerer toutes les demandes exprimees par les etudiants a l'ecole ; ca passe par : recherche de travail, vacances, redactions de lettres de motivation et CV, logement, problemes lies aux visas et assiduite ... J'ai la chance d'avoir une Manager jeune, qui a compris que j'etais a la recherche d'une reelle experience professionnelle.

Comme chaque mois, a ABC College, une Newsletter est publiee sur le site web du college et est envoyee aux Agences qui vendent notre image. Ce mois-ci, j'avais une partie reservee rien qu'a moi !

MEET OUR STAFF: Chloe Jacquet, our Student Services Officer

Chloe Jacquet is our Student Services Officer. She takes care of homestay families and homestay students.

My name is Chloe, and I came directly from France a year ago. Here, at ABC, I am in charge of the student services, and especially of the Homestay: it is my principal objective to find you the best accommodation you would be looking for while studying in Sydney. To ensure the quality, the comfort and the good environment of every single Homestay, inspections and meetings are regularly organised with the families. It is important for us to know that you feel well outside the college. I am 100% devoted to the students, trying to help at any time, making sure all inquiries and needs are satisfied. I do think this is the key to building a trustful relationship between you and all the staff members at ABC College.

Life in Sydney is great, and we want you to have wonderful memories of your studies. I am definitely here to help you to make the most of it!
